Annual General Meeting, 2020

This meeting has been rescheduled from the original date in the spring.

Due to the restrictions on large gatherings, and out of consideration for the health of our members, this meeting will be conducted online via Zoom. The agenda is focussed on addressing essential business, and there will not be a guest speaker this year.

The AGM Package which includes the agenda, several reports and Zoom instructions has been sent electronically to all members on our email list, and by mail to the remaining members. The AGM Package as well as a revised nominations list are attached, below.

As well, all members on our email list have been sent a message with the Zoom Meeting ID number for the AGM, a link to the meeting and the password.

If you have not received either the AGM Package or the zoom meeting link and ID number and password, please contact Bill Pryde immediately at armchapter12@gmail.com.

We recommend that attendees to the meeting start to connect approximately 5 minutes before the start of the meeting.
